Flexible advertising

Advertising is flexible: request changes at any time, with operational changes normally applied within one working day. Budget changes apply from your next billing cycle. You can request a pause whenever you like; future billing stops while the already-paid service period is preserved. There is no proration and no minimum term.

Products and delivery

Google Ads bill weekly. SEO and Advertising on ChatGPT bill monthly. Social Boost and Creative Packs are paid in full when ordered. Prices are shown excluding applicable tax, which is calculated at checkout.

Social Boost packages run until all purchased views are delivered; delivery windows are estimates. SEO is a monthly service and takes time to produce movement. Creative Packs include one revision round and are normally delivered within three working days.

Approval and results

Nothing goes live without your approval where approval is part of the service. Advertising estimates are cautious indications, not guarantees. Search rankings, platform performance and commercial outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

You must have permission to supply and use uploaded logos, images, copy and account access. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims about your business and for following the rules of the advertising platforms used.

This interim summary is not the final contract. The complete terms will add the contracting entity, intellectual-property provisions, restricted-business rules, complaints, liability, termination, governing law and other legally reviewed provisions before launch.
