Information we use

We collect the information needed to provide your marketing services, including account and business details, organization membership, billing addresses, uploaded brand assets, order information, service requests and campaign results.

Google sign-in

If you use Google sign-in, Seymourr stores your verified email address, Google as the identity provider and Google's stable identifier for your account. We do not retain Google access or refresh tokens, and we do not use Google identity data for advertising.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes payments. Seymourr does not store card or bank-account details. We use carefully selected infrastructure, storage, email and monitoring providers to operate and protect the service. The final policy will identify the relevant processors and applicable transfer safeguards.

Your choices

You can ask for access to or correction of your personal information. Deletion, objection, restriction, portability and complaint procedures will be set out with retention rules and contact details in the final policy.

Cookies

Seymourr uses essential cookies needed to keep sessions secure, remember a saved order draft and support sign-in. These cookies are necessary for the service to work. We also offer optional Google Ads conversion measurement so we can understand which adverts lead to visits and purchases. The Google tag is loaded only after you accept, and you can decline or review your choice at any time using Cookie choices. Your choice is stored in your browser.

Before launch

The final policy will identify the data controller, registered address, privacy contact, retention periods, deletion process, processor disclosures, international-transfer safeguards, security information and ICO complaint route.
